My experience with SWFT audiology department has been amazing! Huge thanks to all the staff - particularly to Natalie Clarke for her care, help and advice throughout my appointments for my hearing tests, hearing aid fitting and follow up both at Stratford and Warwick hospitals. The ease with which I found the whole process from my initial referral to your service (including CT and MRI scans - via consultation with your ENT department) was fantastic! Even the car parking was easy and all my appointments were on time!!! As an NHS employee myself, I really appreciate the very positive experience that I have had. I am very grateful to you all - THANK YOU!

Review of Rigby Unit at Stratford

Having attended the Rigby unit for 2 years for treatment I cannot thank the nurses for all they do for us patients.
They have an excellent working relationship with each other, and I have the utmost respect for each of them.
Even though it was still busy, it did feel a less rushed atmosphere today and I could not fault the attention that Ness and the other nurses gave me today.

When the receptionist in Outpatients in Building Two vacates her post why doesn’t she leave a note saying ‘BACK SHORTLY or similar??
How are patients to know someone is actually on duty??
